Transmetric WIMShot - a low cost, virtual weigh station solution

Transmetric are pleased to announce the release of its new, real-time controller product WIMShot , that connects one or more cameras to a weigh in motion device to establish a  virtual weigh station .

The product has been developed as a low cost pre-screening tool which a Department of Transportation can use to permanently upgrade its existing WIM system, or as a portable device carried by mobile enforcement teams.

WIMShot comes with powerful in-vehicle alert software and can upload all of its image data into the Transmetric Traffic database for later search and retrieval.
